Melon Fruit Fruit Salad

Watermelon small cubes Honeydew small cubes Cantaloupe small cubes Fresh Pineapple small pieces Monk Fruit sugar substitute

3 to 4 c.

1/2 c.

¼ c. ¼ c.

Fresh Squeezed Lime juice (Lemon or Orange)

Fresh Mint chopped fine Smaller bites make this a more elegant salad. Be sure to cut into uniform pieces. Place all ingredients in gallon zip lock bag. Squeeze out air and zip. Refrigerate up to 24 hours. Pour into glass serving bowl when ready to use. Tip: The zip bag helps to keep the dressing in contact with the fruit and the salad travels well in a cooler in the bag.
