Box offices are located on both the north and south side of Tony’s Pizza Events Center (TPEC).

Tickets (wristbands) are available daily at the box office March 16, 17, 18 & 19, 2023 from 9am to 8pm daily. Single day is $20, and 3-day is $50, on Sunday admission will be FREE.Kids 12 and under are FREE. Special Twilight Discount on Thursday, Friday & Saturday, admission is $10 after 5pm. EquiFest Workshops and Lectures are just upstairs from the Lobby (or up the elevator if you choose). The lineup is focused on learning and we hope you find something that interests you there! Check these out: ● Discovering Horse Agritourism Opportunities ● Energy Therapy for Horses ● Time with Tammy Pate ● Riding in College; Saddles, Studies and Showing ● NATRC Competitive Trail Rider Opportunities ● Filipe Masetti Leiti-Long Rider-presenting his documentary that was recently awarded this year's winner of the Western Heritage Awards at the National Cowboy Museum Shopping. Go east off the Lobby to the Great Plains Manufacturing Convention Hall (GPMCH) where you’ll see vendors filling the room. Go west off the Lobby to the TPEC Arena Concourse where you’ll see MORE vendors all around the con course of the main arena! The Kid’s Corral is located on the North Concourse! In the Tony’s Pizza Events Center (TPEC) Arena, come see Curt Pate, Buster McLaury, Patrick Sullivan and Sally Batton providing horsemanship help for a variety of needs. You’ll also see the Draft Horse Feed Team Races, American Freedom Drill Team Riders, Breed Show and Special Demos to include Broken Spoke Hitch Clydesdales- presented by Cimarron Trailers, Wichita Mounted Police, Fort Riley Commanding General’s Mounted Color Guards and Pegasus Riders. This is the arena where the evening entertainment takes place! Don’t miss the one and only Celebrate EquiFest on Thursday evening! It's sort of a western variety show with trick riding, roman riding, drill teams, dressage (western & regular), live and recorded music. Then on Friday and Saturday come see the traditional Atwoods Cargill Ranch Rodeo with its own kind of thrills! South of TPEC, just across the street, is the Saline County Expo Center (SCEC). Check out some fabulous vendors there in front of Ag Hall Arena and fall in love with a new trailer! If you’re hungry, you are on your way to the food truck vendors with gourmet burgers, comfort foods and stacked mac n’ cheese waiting for you! You’ll find plenty of seating nearby to enjoy your meal. There are picnic tables or you can carry your food to either arena or into the 4H building to sit awhile and catch some entertainment on stage. From east to west at SCEC, there is something to see all over. Starting on the east at Barn 2, you’ll see the Kansas Farriers Association annual competition. On Friday they will compete in individual forging classes, taking raw steel, heating it and building horseshoes. This is in the morning from 9am to 12pm, then on Saturday, from 9am to 11am, watch a two-man draft shoeing competition, followed by a live shoeing competition. Welcome to the Stall Barn. Next building is the Stall Barn, also called Exhibition Hall, where the exhibiting horses will be on display. check out the variety of breeds and sizes. Fort Riley’s Encampment will be on display plus you might see a pet ting zoo too. There are breed organizations and equine businesses on display in the stall barn. Then you will come to Ag Hall Arena. This is the historic brick arena building built with 1922 war bonds. It's a nostalgic place! Come in and sit awhile with your food truck goodies in hand, snacking and watching one of the great competitions or demonstrations happening there. See the Horse Judging contest on Thursday morning or the Driving Derby and also a Draft Horse Obstacle challenge. Plus every day you’ll see some special demonstrations, clinics and entertainment hap pening. On Thursday evening will be the Heritage Livestock WPRA Sanctioned Breakaway Roping competition! Heading West from there is the 4H Building, or Ponderosa, as we like to call it! Step inside to more top notch retail vendors, the KHC Foundation Silent Auction, stage entertainment and even a Bud Light Beer Corral. On stage, you might catch some live music, or some fascinating interviews! Inside there will be tricycle races daily at 12:30pm to show kids what a Driving Derby Course is like! On Sunday, here’s where you’ll meet at 7:45am to get a seat—it fills fast! Cowboy Church Service will start at 8:00am with Pastor Steve Stafford of Risen Ranch Church and special guest Patrick Sullivan along with music by Gary S. Pratt and Caleb Martin! It’s something great to be a part of and everyone is welcome!
